Hi, I'm Jenny! Firstly, thanks for checking out my page - I appreciate you taking a look at my work and/or getting to know a little about me. You may have already seen that I have a background in human development and special education, two of my biggest passions... but how did that lead me to design?
I have always loved problem solving and storytelling. Through my experience in teaching children with learning disabilities, I came to understand people's needs and recognize problems quickly. My passion for helping make others’ lives easier and implementing creative solutions led me to pursue user experience design and see the impact of applying empathy to technology.
Through the products I’ve worked on at Toast and Wayfair, I’ve become an advocate of for the user centered method and created aesthetically pleasing, highly intuitive design and data-driven solutions. I have experience working on both enterprise and customer-facing products, many of which have been SaaS products.
